Electronic Devices - Update to School Rules With the increasing use of technology in learning the school rules around electronic devices have been updated. Following consultation with students and teachers and the rule change has now been approved by the Board of Trustees.

Electronic devices are permitted at school but must be switched off and out of sight during class and at school events unless specific permission has been given by the teacher. Headphones are not to be used and are not to be visible during class times and school events unless specifically allowed by the teacher of that lesson or responsible for the event.

Please note:

Mobile phones, electronic devices and head phones used inappropriately or visible in class without the specific permission of the teacher of the lesson will be confiscated and will be available for collection from the main office by a parent/caregiver.

Electronic devices - other than approved calculators - cannot be used in a formal assessment situation.

Students are still responsible for their own personal property at school. No responsibility is taken by the school for loss or damage.

Financial ScholarshipsFinancial Scholarships for Tertiary level study are available from most institutions and some private organisations.
