PPTA Industrial Action Suspended

The Post Primary Teachers’ Association (PPTA) has advised that industrial action is suspended. “The purpose of the suspension of strike action is to allow the Ministry of Education to work with urgency to explore options for revised offers” [PPTA].

This means that the following cohorts are NOT rostered home and are expected at school:
Year 11 Thursday 25 May
Year 13 Tuesday 30 May

Unless we receive further communication from the PPTA, strike action will continue on Wednesday 31 May, so Year 12 may still be rostered home on Thursday 1 June. We will advise if this changes.
