Enrolment Application

An online enrolment application must be completed for all students. 

International students wishing to study at Northcote College please refer to the International section of this website.

To complete the online application you will need to upload a copy of each of these documents:

• Birth Certificate or Passport (confirming date of birth and visa or citizenship certificate if applicable)
• Recent school report
• Immunisation Records and completed Health Questionnaire 
• In Zone applications need to include proof of residence eg: utility bill/rental agreement.
• If you do not receive a green pop up message once submitted please call the school to check we have received your application
• Please note if you have trouble uploading your attachments you can attach and send to enrolment@northcote.school.nz

Applications for 2026 Enrolment

• In-zone applications: OPEN

• Out-of-zone applications: CLOSED

Applications for 2027 Enrolment (Years 9–13)

• Applications open: Monday 20 July 2026

• Out-of-zone applications close: Wednesday 2 September 2026

• Ballot date: Wednesday 9 September 2026

Open Day 2026

• Date & Time: Saturday 25 July 2026, 12:00pm – 3:00pm
