About the Position: Director of Sport

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Director of Sport to lead sport at Northcote College.

This role requires a strong focus on increasing participation, while also fostering high performance pathways. The Director will promote excellence, fair play and inspire our students to develop their sporting abilities and skills.

• Type: This is a permanent, full-time position.

The role includes:

• The strategic leadership of all school sports activities and events.
• The efficient administration and operation of all sporting codes.
• Leadership of sports coordinators, coaches, volunteers.
• Effective management of resources (equipment, facilities).

The successful candidate will:

• have an understanding and proven experience in New Zealand secondary school sport.
• uphold the values and contribute to the positive culture of Northcote College.
