Northcote College is a co-educational secondary school with a growing roll in a vibrant and diverse community on Auckland's North Shore just a few minutes from the CBD. We seek a dedicated professional with adaptive expertise and experience to lead the Performing Arts Faculty. 

The successful candidate will have high expectations for student achievement and engage in collaborative inquiry to improve outcomes for students. They will have proven ability to successfully build a positive team environment and lead with vision.  We seek a candidate with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to lead the changes in curriculum. Experience with NCEA and the qualifications framework are required. Alongside taking responsibility for the curricular and co-curricular side of performing arts, you will successfully lead, oversee, and coordinate our vibrant performing arts productions.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $62,862 to $105,686 depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
