Football is a growing sport in terms of both size and prowess at Northcote College. The Boys 1st XI is currently ranked 2nd in the Northshore and the Girls 1st XI 7th. As well as our strong showing in senior football, junior football continues to grow, giving younger players opportunities to play in top grades, but also to attend events such as the Hillsdene Junior Football Tournament in September.
We also enter the 13s, 15s, and senior knockout cup competitions offered by College Sport that run alongside the regular season. In addition, opportunities for personal development with off season training in term 4, summer football, coaching courses, and referee courses are offered.
Boys’ games are played on Saturday at varying times, with Girls’ games being played on a Wednesday afternoon.
